Dr. Carr graduated from the University of Texas Tech Health Science Center in 1998. She did her general surgical internship at Texas Tech in Lubbock, Texas and then went to West Virginia University for neurosurgery residency. She has privileges at Capital Regional Medical Center and would gladly accept referrals for both spine and cranial cases. She is experienced in a wide range of general neurosurgical cases. Her interests are in minimally invasive spine, neuro-oncology, and has extensive training in neuro-vascular.
